This game is going to own my life. Thanks to @ibashdaily for pointing me in the direction of the trailer, with an appropriate warning:

"It's like there's a monkey on my back. A gaming monkey, and he's rattling dice in my ear."
This is one line from a hilarious dialog vignette he apparently dug up from a while ago. Reminded me of the sense I get that I just don't game enough.

Kinect will have a suggested retail price of $149.99, as many online retailers have recently guessed. The news is that Kinect will be bundled with a free game, Kinect Adventures. All first-party Kinect games will have a suggested retail price of $49.99 and Microsoft expects that to be the standard, though it is leaving third-party pricing up to those publishers.
Yes, I'll be getting one. No, it won't help my grades.

As OnLive is a rental service you technically can’t buy a game as you need to continue subscribing to play it. The options you have include a 3 or 5 day rental, or an unlimited rental. Rentals are referred to by the name PayPass.

OnLive -- the gaming company that uses server-side, allegedly lag-free magic to let you play awesome games on your less-than-awesome computer and bandwidth -- is now accepting self-nominations for its "Founding Members Program" -- a limited beta consisting mostly of demos and a sample of the social integration.

This brief video is from E3 2010 and makes me cry tears of geek joy.
Real tears.

I have Final Fantasy XIII and Assassin's Creed 2 for Xbox 360. I do not need another game right now.
And yet, I can't escape the buzz: the most recent iteration of Red Dead Redemption is out and, by all accounts, very, very good. But I will resist until I complete at least one of the games I'm already thoroughly enjoying.Won't I? Tweet
